Street Lighting: You may be confused by Entergy when setting up your account for gas and electricity.  The Highlands street lighting cost is shared, on a voluntary basis, among the owners and shows up as a separate charge for street lighting on your Entergy bill (currently running less than $4.00/month).  When setting up your account the, "Customer Service Representatives" often ask if you want to keep the security light on your property?  This is a misnomer and they are really asking if you will continue to contribute to the overall street lighting cost of the subdivision. Please do!
